Soloact Services is an organization that primarily operates and specializes in supporting Long-term care facilities in achieving regulatory compliance. Elevating food safety standards and optimizing operational performance according to the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services, HACCP standards, mock health inspections, and State and federal survey preparedness.

With 28 years of experience as a retired veteran who served in the US Army, minority owner in food service management, HACCP certified, ServSafe proctoring, and instructor. Certified Dietary Manager, Master’s in Public Health and Health Education. I have taken on the role of Traveling Operation Support Nutrition Specialist to be forced into the education of sustainable food service solutions. ServSafe training and certification in-person and group sessions.

Apart from the rigorous role of management, I specialize in nutrition consulting, meal planning, catering, and care planning.
